accdemic gap creating problem for campus, what to do?

i am having 1st class through out career,but a academic gap of 3 years between +2 and eng,due to which i am not able to sit in any level 5 company,i don't know what to do,i wat to go for accenture company,is  accenture having criteria that more than 2year  academic gap stuents can't sit for exam?is it prefarable to go for noncareer company having good career? plese guide me if there is any other alternative..
